Truist Bank - Project Management

The 66 Billion dollar merger of BB&T and SunTrust banks became Truist, a new brand, and a top-five bank. I was hired into the early process as a contract Project Manager with Principle Global, where we set off coordinating with multiple production entities to transform branches. We recommended specifications for custom kits in each footprint and scheduled and guided renovation implementing a combination of interior graphics and signage packages as well as paint, furniture, carpet, branding, and regulatory elements.

Kicked off in January of 2021 and completed in April 2022, I managed 200 of the 2000 retail bank branches between Florida and Texas, each with a custom footprint, each with an average budget of $50,000, up to $200,000. The on-budget project created an outstanding brand experience for associates and customers, as their trusted financial institutions changed their foundational brand identity.
